We are thrilled to announce that we have been successful in our application to the Rowing Foundation. We have been awarded £1520 to cover 50% of the cost of a brand new set of 8 Concept2 sweep blades for our Senior Men!
The blades have been ordered and will be arriving soon. When painted and ready for use, the current Senior Men's blades will be passed down to the Novice Men, who therefore also get a blade upgrade!
Thank you so much to the Rowing Foundation for their help with this purchase, finally all of our new rowers will have up to date blades, ready to get back out on the water as soon as we can!
